During our standard eye test, we evaluate your visual acuity and determine the required lens correction. The entire process takes approximately 40 minutes, after which we provide you with a prescription for your glasses. You can conveniently select your preferred glasses on-site from our wide range of options.
If you have vision concerns that extend beyond a simple refractive error, we recommend our extended eye test. This one-hour examination includes a thorough medical history evaluation, as well as a range of comprehensive eye tests to determine the underlying issue.
Within one hour we also check the internal pressure of your eyes, the optic nerve, the optic nerve fibres, macula and retina. We recommend this eye test especially for customers over 40 years of age as part of their personal preventive health care.
Individuals requiring a functional optometric eye test are typically referred to us by their doctor or school. Our comprehensive 1.5-hour examination aims to identify any functional disorders or reading difficulties that may be affecting visual performance.
For contact lens wearers: A new or first fitting including handling training takes about two hours. A follow-up check takes about 30 minutes.
We provide personalized fitting services for specialty contact lenses designed to address various eye conditions and diseases. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that you receive the right type of contact lens to suit your individual needs.
Book Online – Test on Site
While online vision tests are growing in popularity, they cannot replace the advanced technology and expertise available at our practice. It’s important to note that online tests are not a substitute for comprehensive eye examinations required for driving license certifications or prescriptions for glasses or contact lenses. For accurate and reliable results, we recommend scheduling an in-person eye exam with our experienced team.
